Yes, this Tom's of Maine Natural Anticavity Toothpaste contains fluoride to help prevent cavities.
Activated charcoal is a natural ingredient known for its ability to help freshen breath and potentially assist in the removal of surface stains.
The flavor is a refreshing Peppermint.
It is suitable for children over the age of two, provided adult supervision is given to ensure they use only a pea-sized amount and do not swallow the toothpaste.
Use a pea-sized amount for adults and children. For children under six years of age, use a smaller, smear-like amount and supervise brushing to minimize swallowing.
The tube contains 4.7 oz (133 g) of toothpaste.
This is normal due to the activated charcoal content. Ensure you rinse your mouth thoroughly after brushing to remove any residue.
Some natural toothpastes may foam less than conventional ones. This does not affect the cleaning efficacy. Continue brushing as usual.
Wipe the cap and nozzle area with a damp cloth to remove any dried toothpaste residue that may be causing it to stick.
Setup: No setup is required. Simply uncap the tube and squeeze a pea-sized amount onto your toothbrush.
Compatibility: This toothpaste is compatible with most standard toothbrushes, including manual and electric varieties. It is safe for daily use by adults and children over the age of two (with adult supervision to ensure proper amount is used).
Care: Store the toothpaste at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and extreme heat. Ensure the cap is tightly closed after each use to maintain freshness and prevent drying. If paste accidentally gets on clothing, rinse immediately with cool water.
