Setup, Compatibility & Care
Before the first use, wash the pan in warm, soapy water to remove any manufacturing residue. While the pan is dishwasher safe, hand washing with a soft sponge is recommended to maintain the exterior polish over time. When using on an induction hob, always match the pan size to the induction zone for optimal efficiency. Avoid using metal utensils that could scratch the surface; silicone or wooden tools are preferred. If food becomes stuck, fill the pan with warm, soapy water and let it soak before scrubbing with a non-abrasive pad. Do not subject the hot pan to sudden cold water, as this can cause thermal shock and potential warping.
