Ensure the base is filled to capacity with sand or water and check that the surface underneath is completely level.
Verify that the telescoping locking mechanism is fully disengaged and clear of any obstructions before attempting to slide the pole.
Assembly is straightforward but should be performed on a level surface. It is recommended to fill the base with sand for the most stable experience, although water is an acceptable alternative for those who need to empty the base frequently for relocation. For long-term care, ensure the `powder-coated` pole is wiped down occasionally to remove debris. If using outdoors, periodically inspect the base for leaks and verify that all fasteners are tightened before each play session to ensure maximum safety.
