Troubleshooting

White cast appears after application.

Apply a smaller amount and ensure the fluid is fully absorbed. This is more common with deeper skin tones. If the white cast persists, this product may not be suitable for you. Consult with a dermatologist for alternatives.

Product stings eyes.

Avoid applying the product too close to the eyes. If stinging occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.

The mattifying effect doesn't last all day.

Reapply throughout the day, especially if you have very oily skin or are in a humid environment. You can also use blotting papers to absorb excess oil.

Product is difficult to spread.

Ensure your skin is moisturized before applying. The formula may spread more easily on well-hydrated skin.
