Troubleshooting

Toothbrush bristles are splayed or worn out.

This indicates it's time to replace your Truthbrush. Replace every 3 months or sooner if bristles are damaged.

Toothpaste tablets do not foam well.

Ensure you chew the tablet thoroughly until it forms a paste before brushing. Using a wet toothbrush also helps initiate foaming.

Product arrived with damaged packaging.

Please contact customer support with details of the damage for assistance.

Bamboo toothbrush feels rough or splintery.

This is uncommon due to the plant oil finish. Ensure the brush is kept dry between uses. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
