FAQs
How do I assemble the birdbath?
The birdbath comes in two parts. They slot together easily with a locating pin. For permanent stability and safety, we recommend securing them with silicone adhesive or sealant.
What material is the set made from?
The set is made from reconstituted stone, also known as concrete. This provides durability and weather resistance.
Is the set suitable for indoor use?
While the material is durable, the set is designed for outdoor garden use. Indoor use may lead to moisture issues on flooring.
How heavy are the items?
The birdbath weighs approximately 60 kg, and each planter weighs around 30 kg. Careful placement is advised.
Will the Celtic pattern fade over time?
The pattern is integral to the cast stone and will not fade. Natural weathering may slightly alter the appearance over many years.
Can I leave the set outside in winter?
Yes, the reconstituted stone is weather and frostproof. However, it's advisable to empty the birdbath of water to prevent ice damage.
What is the warranty on this product?
Please refer to the retailer's specific warranty policy for details, as this information is not provided in the product description.
Troubleshooting
Birdbath wobbles after assembly
Use a silicone adhesive or sealant to securely fix the birdbath to its base as recommended. Ensure the base is on a level surface.
Planters show signs of mineral deposits
Gently scrub the affected areas with a soft brush and water. Avoid using chemical cleaners that could damage the stone.
Set appears to be weathering unevenly
This is a natural characteristic of reconstituted stone. Minor variations in weathering can add to the charm. Ensure adequate drainage for planters to prevent waterlogging.
Damage from severe frost
While the material is frostproof, ensure the birdbath is emptied of water during prolonged freezing periods to prevent internal ice expansion.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: The Celtic Birdbath consists of two parts that easily connect using a locating pin. For added security, especially in gardens with children or pets, it is recommended to use a silicone adhesive or sealant to permanently fix the birdbath to its base. The planters require no assembly.
Compatibility: This set is designed for outdoor use in gardens, patios, or balconies. It is compatible with standard potting soils and plants. Ensure the chosen location can support the considerable weight of the set once filled.
Care: To maintain the appearance of your reconstituted stone set, clean it periodically with a damp cloth. Avoid using harsh abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the finish. During winter, ensure the birdbath is emptied of water to prevent frost damage, although the material itself is frostproof.
