The Vinsani Cake Decorating Turntable is an essential tool for both home bakers and professional pastry chefs who need a stable, rotating platform for precise icing, piping, and dessert assembly. Its primary benefit is the smooth 360-degree rotation that allows for seamless decoration without the need to manually turn the cake base, though its lightweight plastic construction may feel less substantial than heavy-duty stainless steel models when working with multi-tiered, heavy fondant cakes.

Check the underside and the center pivot for any dried icing or debris that might be creating friction.
Place a damp paper towel or a silicone mat between the cake board and the turntable to increase friction.
Setting up the Vinsani Turntable is straightforward as it comes ready to use right out of the box. Simply place it on a flat, level surface to ensure even rotation. To maintain the unit, wipe the surface with a damp, soapy cloth immediately after use to prevent icing or batter buildup. Do not submerge the unit in water or place it in a dishwasher, as internal rotating components may become damaged or collect moisture. If the rotation becomes sluggish over time, ensure there is no debris trapped in the central pivot and that the surface is perfectly level.
