These 93mm 120-grit delta sanding discs by AB Tools are designed for professional tradespeople and DIY enthusiasts needing precision finishing on wood, paint, and metal. Their standout feature is the 5-hole dust extraction design that prevents clogging, though users should note this pack contains five discs, which may not be sufficient for large-scale renovation projects.

They are designed for standard 93mm delta sanders. Always verify the physical dimensions of your sander base before purchasing.
These are primarily designed for dry sanding. Using them on wet surfaces may damage the backing and the abrasive material.
120 grit is considered a medium-fine abrasive. For heavy paint stripping or rough stock removal, a coarser grit (e.g., 60 or 80) is recommended first.
This pack contains 5 individual sanding discs.
No tools are required. The hook and loop system allows for manual application and removal.
Ensure the sander base is clean and free of dust before attaching the disc. If the hooks on the sander are worn, the disc will not grip effectively.
Check that the dust extraction holes are not blocked and ensure the sander's vacuum or dust collection bag is not full.
To install, simply press the back of the disc against the sander's hook and loop pad, ensuring the 5 extraction holes are aligned correctly. These pads are compatible with most 93mm delta-style electric or air sanders. To prolong the life of your discs, store them in a cool, dry place to prevent moisture from degrading the adhesive backing. Avoid excessive pressure during sanding; let the tool's vibration and the abrasive quality of the aluminium oxide do the work to prevent overheating the surface.
