FAQs

Are the pages refillable?

No, these are casebound books with stitched spines, meaning the pages are permanently fixed.

What are the dimensions of the book?

These books are A5 size, which is approximately 148mm x 210mm.

How many pages are in each book?

Each book contains 160 pages.

Is the cover waterproof?

The cover is made of a durable red linen effect paper; it is not waterproof and should be kept away from liquids.

Does the book lay flat when opened?

Yes, the casebound construction allows the book to lay relatively flat on a desk, making it easy to write in.

Troubleshooting

Ink bleeding through the paper

Switch to a ballpoint pen or pencil with a finer tip to reduce the amount of liquid ink applied to the surface.

Spine feels stiff when first opened

Gently flex the spine back and forth along the length of the book to help the binding settle.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

No complex setup is required; these books are ready for immediate use upon removal from the packaging. To ensure the longevity of your index book, store it in a dry environment to prevent the linen-effect cover from accumulating dust or absorbing moisture. Avoid over-stuffing the book with loose papers or stickers, as this can strain the casebound spine over time. If you need to make corrections, use archival-quality correction tape rather than liquid paper to prevent wrinkling the lightweight 60gsm pages.
