Troubleshooting
Cabinet wobbles after assembly
Ensure all screws and fittings are fully tightened. Check if the floor surface is level. If the wobble persists, re-examine the assembly steps to ensure all panels are correctly aligned.
Drawers are stiff or difficult to open
Check for any obstructions in the drawer runners. Ensure the cabinet is level, as an uneven surface can cause drawers to bind. Lightly lubricate the drawer runners with a silicone-based spray if necessary.
Surface is scratched or damaged
For minor scratches on the engineered wood, consider using a furniture repair pen or wax matching the 'Brown Oak' color. For deeper damage, consult the manufacturer's recommendations or a professional furniture repair service.
Missing hardware during assembly
Double-check the packaging and assembly manual for any miscounted items. Contact the manufacturer's customer support with your product details to request replacement parts.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Assembly: Each TV cabinet comes with an assembly manual in the box. It is recommended to assemble the unit on a soft surface to avoid scratches. While assembly can be done by one person, having a second person assist can make the process smoother and faster. Ensure all screws and fittings are tightened securely after assembly.
Compatibility: This cabinet is designed to support most televisions and entertainment devices. The open compartments are generally sized to accommodate standard media players and gaming consoles. Ensure your devices fit within the dimensions of the compartments (exact internal compartment dimensions are not specified).
Care Instructions: To maintain the appearance and longevity of the cabinet, clean it regularly with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the engineered wood finish. Wipe up spills immediately to prevent moisture absorption. For the metal parts, a dry cloth is usually sufficient. Periodically check that all fittings remain tight.
