FAQs

Is the clothing removable?

Yes, the mustard jumpsuit and matching headband are fully removable, allowing children to practice dressing and undressing skills.

Is the doll safe for children with allergies?

The doll is made from BPA-free and non-toxic materials. However, it does contain a synthetic vanilla scent. If your child has extreme sensory sensitivities or specific chemical allergies, perform a patch test or consult with a pediatrician.

Can the doll be submerged in a bathtub?

While the vinyl is durable, it is not designed to be a bath toy. Submerging it can lead to water retention inside the limbs, which may cause mold over time.

Are replacement outfits available?

Miniland dolls typically fit standard 38cm doll clothing, allowing you to expand the doll's wardrobe using compatible accessories.

What is the age recommendation?

This doll is recommended for children 3 years and older due to the small parts included in the accessory set.

Troubleshooting

Doll hair becomes frizzy or tangled

Use a small amount of fabric softener mixed with water in a spray bottle, mist the hair lightly, and gently comb through with a wide-tooth comb.

Surface marks or scuffs on vinyl

Use a damp cloth with a tiny amount of mild dish soap to gently rub the mark. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive sponges.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Cleaning: Wipe the vinyl body down with a soft, damp cloth. Do not submerge the doll in water for extended periods, as moisture can become trapped inside.
Hair Care: Use a wide-tooth comb to gently detangle the doll's hair starting from the ends to prevent matting.
Storage: Store the doll in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight to maintain the vinyl's color and the longevity of the vanilla scent.
