Yes, but they should be washed on a delicate cycle using cold water to protect the velvet material.
It is highly recommended to air dry these shorts to prevent the velvet from shrinking or losing its texture.
The branding reflects the 1977 collection design standards, maintaining the minimalist aesthetic of the Essentials line.
Blot the area gently with a damp cloth immediately. Avoid rubbing, which can damage the velvet pile.
Store them folded in a cool, dry place. Avoid hanging them for long periods if the waistband is heavy to prevent stretching.
Use a soft garment brush or a lint roller designed for delicate fabrics to remove debris without damaging the velvet pile.
Gently steam the affected area from a distance to help the velvet pile lift back to its original texture; do not press an iron directly onto the fabric.
Getting the right fit is straightforward due to the flexible drawstring waist. For care, it is essential to follow the manufacturer's guidelines to maintain the integrity of the velvet. Never use bleach on these shorts, as it will damage the fabric fibers and permanently alter the color. We recommend washing in cold water on a delicate cycle and air drying whenever possible to prevent the fabric from matting or shrinking.
