Troubleshooting
Mittens feel damp inside
This is often caused by trapped perspiration; ensure the child is not wearing damp base layers and allow the mittens to air dry completely.
Clips are difficult to operate
Ensure no ice or grit is stuck in the plastic hinge; rinse with warm water and dry thoroughly to clear the mechanism.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the longevity of your Trespass Playful Snow Mittens, follow these care instructions:
- Fitting: Ensure the elasticated wrist area sits comfortably against the skin to prevent snow from entering.
- Attachment: Use the included plastic clips to attach the mittens to your child's coat loops or pockets when not in use.
- Cleaning: Hand wash in cool water using a mild detergent if necessary. Avoid using fabric softeners as they can degrade the waterproof coating.
- Drying: Air dry away from direct heat sources like radiators, as high heat can damage the synthetic fibers and waterproof membrane.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place to prevent moisture buildup or mildew.
