The Ultra Violette Velvet Screen SPF 40 is an ideal daily sun protection choice for individuals with sensitive skin who desire a natural, blurred complexion finish. It provides broad-spectrum UVA and UVB defense through a 100% zinc oxide mineral formula while simultaneously calming redness and managing excess oil. While it excels at soothing the skin, users should be aware that as a purely mineral-based sunscreen, it may require thorough blending to avoid any potential white cast on deeper skin tones.

Yes, the Velvet Screen SPF 40 is intentionally formulated without fragrance to accommodate sensitive skin.
Absolutely. Its blurring finish acts as an excellent primer for makeup, creating a smooth canvas for foundation.
The product utilizes 100% zinc oxide, which is a mineral UV filter generally considered more reef-friendly than chemical alternatives.
No, the formula is specifically designed to absorb excess oil and provide a matte, blurred finish.
Like all sunscreens, you should reapply every two hours when exposed to direct sunlight, or immediately after swimming or heavy perspiration.
While it is hydrating, it is formulated with oil-absorbing properties, so those with very dry skin may want to use a rich moisturizer underneath.
Dispense a smaller amount and use a pressing motion to blend the product into the skin rather than aggressive rubbing.
Ensure your previous skincare steps, such as moisturizer or serums, have fully absorbed for at least 60 seconds before applying the sunscreen.
Gently massage the outside of the closed tube to remix the ingredients before squeezing.
To ensure maximum efficacy, store your Velvet Screen in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Because this is a mineral formula, always shake the tube gently before dispensing to ensure the zinc oxide is properly distributed throughout the lotion. It is compatible with most skincare routines; however, ensure any water-based serums are completely dry before application to prevent pilling. If you notice the product separating slightly in the tube due to heat, a quick knead of the closed packaging will re-emulsify the formula for a smooth application. Always perform a patch test before full application if you have a history of extreme skin sensitivities.
