Setup, Compatibility & Care
Before your first use, wash the pan with warm, soapy water and a soft sponge. While the pan is durable, it is best to avoid metal utensils to protect the non-stick coating; silicone or wooden tools are recommended. For compatibility, the pan works on all standard induction, gas, and electric hobs. When cleaning, avoid harsh abrasive pads or steel wool, as these can permanently damage the non-stick layer and the iconic exterior finish. Always allow the pan to cool completely before submerging it in water to prevent potential thermal shock.
