Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: Ensure your motherboard supports DDR5 memory and is listed on the Qualified Vendor List (QVL) for this specific memory kit if possible. Install the two RAM modules into the designated dual-channel slots as per your motherboard manual (typically slots A2 and B2). After installation, boot into your system's BIOS/UEFI. To achieve the advertised speeds, enable the AMD EXPO profile (on AMD systems) or the Intel XMP 3.0 profile (on Intel systems). Save settings and exit.
Compatibility: This kit is a 288-pin DDR5 DIMM. It requires a motherboard with DDR5 slots and a CPU that supports DDR5 memory. It is specifically designed and optimized for AMD platforms utilizing EXPO, but also supports Intel XMP 3.0. Always check your motherboard manufacturer's specifications for memory compatibility and maximum supported speeds.
Care: The modules feature heatsinks for passive cooling. Ensure there is adequate airflow within your PC case. Avoid exposing the memory modules to excessive dust or moisture. To clean, power off and unplug your system, then use a soft, dry brush or compressed air to remove dust from the heatsinks. Never use liquids for cleaning.
