This kit allows for self-spacing 2-1/2” horizontal characters that fit into a 36” adjustable clamping system, eliminating the need for measurements. Simply affix the character templates and start routing for uniformly spaced letters and numbers. The TurnLock™ feature on the BasePlate enables tool-free and hardware-free bushing exchange in seconds. The durable 15.9mm guide bushing maintains consistent alignment with any router template, guiding you through templates for great-looking signs. A metal nose guide bushing ensures long-lasting durability. The 178mm TurnLock™ BasePlate fits most popular routers and is made of clear polycarbonate for visibility. It can be modified with a drill or file to fit nonstandard routers, allowing for quick, tool-less bushing size changes. Includes: 82 x 63.5mm Horizontal Templates (2 Sets) consisting of A to Z plus an additional A, E, and I (2 each), 0 to 9 (2 each), Period and Quotation Mark (2 each); 1 x 178mm TurnLock™ BasePlate; 2 x Low Profile C-Clamps; 1 x 9.5mm Router Bit; 1 x 15.9mm Metal Nose Bushing; 1 x 6.35 and 12.7mm Centring Pin; 1 x 6x8x12mm Centring Pin; 4 x 457mm Letter Rails; 2 x Rail Support bridges; and 2 x Rail Joiners. The kit enables making wooden signs using your router from 102mm (4") to 910mm (36"). It includes a universal turn-n-lock baseplate and bushings with fast, tool-less changes. 82 self-spacing 63mm (2 1/2") Number and letter templates are included, requiring no measuring. Also included is a 9.5mm (3/8") core box bit, self-clamping side bars, and 4 metal rails with joiners.
