The device itself does not provide charging functionality for your phone. You will need to use your phone's charging port separately if needed, which might interfere with the Type-C wired mirroring connection.

The effective range for the wireless connection (WiFi and Bluetooth) depends on environmental factors, but typically performs best within 10-15 meters (30-50 feet) with a clear line of sight. Obstacles like walls can reduce this range.

Mirroring the screen and maintaining wireless connections does consume phone battery. Using the wired Type-C connection may be more power-efficient than wireless. For extended use, it's advisable to keep your phone connected to a power source if possible.

The screen is designed for clear previews. While it offers good visibility, direct, harsh sunlight might make it challenging to see clearly. Positioning yourself or the device to avoid direct glare can improve visibility.

While the Type-C wired mirroring offers zero-latency, wireless connections might introduce slight delays that could affect fast-paced gaming. It is primarily designed for content creation and viewing, not competitive gaming.

Ensure the back of your phone or case is clean and smooth. Try removing the phone case if it's too thick or has an uneven surface. Ensure no metal objects are obstructing the magnets.

For wireless connections, ensure a stable WiFi signal and try moving closer to the router or device. For wired connections, ensure the Type-C cable is securely plugged in at both ends and try a different cable if possible. Restart both your phone and the casting device.

Turn off and on Bluetooth and WiFi on your phone. Restart the casting device. Ensure the device is in pairing mode according to its instructions. Check if your phone is already connected to another Bluetooth or WiFi network that might be interfering.

Check that the built-in HiFi speaker is not obstructed. Ensure your phone's volume is turned up and that the audio output is set to the casting device if applicable through device settings or app configurations.
