Product Information

Full details

The C.P. Company Lens Crew-neck Sweatshirt is designed for men who value technical innovation and contemporary casual wear. Its key benefit is the signature lens detail on the sleeve, which provides an instantly recognizable, functional aesthetic paired with high-quality cotton comfort. A primary caveat to keep in mind is that the specific hardware (the lens) requires extra care during laundering to prevent damage or surface scratches.

FAQs

Can I machine wash this sweatshirt?

Yes, it can be machine washed on a cold, gentle cycle with the garment turned inside out.

Is the lens removable?

No, the lens is a fixed design element of the sleeve and should not be removed.

Does the sweatshirt run true to size?

The garment generally follows standard sizing; however, please consult the specific garment measurements for your preferred fit.

What should I do if the ribbed cuffs feel loose?

Ribbed trims generally retain their tension well, but a cold wash and air dry often help the cotton fibers return to their original shape.

Can this be worn as a mid-layer?

Absolutely, the crew-neck design is optimized for layering under jackets and coats.

Troubleshooting

Lens surface has minor scuffs.

Gently buff the surface with a soft, microfiber cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

The garment lost its shape after washing.

Always lay flat to dry rather than hanging it, as the weight of wet cotton can stretch the fabric fibers.

Pros and Cons

Pros

High-quality cotton fabric offers lasting comfort.
Ribbed trims prevent stretching and ensure a tailored fit.
Iconic lens detail provides a unique, recognizable look.
Versatile design suitable for casual and layered outfits.

Cons

Lens hardware requires delicate handling during cleaning.
Limited to specific aesthetic preferences due to prominent branding.
Requires careful washing to prevent shrinkage of the cotton fabric.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To ensure your C.P. Company sweatshirt remains in peak condition, follow these care guidelines. Always wash the garment inside out to protect the signature lens from direct contact with the drum or other clothing. Use a mild detergent and a cold, gentle machine cycle. Air drying is highly recommended to preserve the shape and size of the cotton fabric. Avoid using a tumble dryer, as heat can cause significant shrinkage or damage to the lens surface. Do not iron directly over the lens detail.
