This guide is for users of Diversey Sun Professional Optimum Allin1 Dishwasher Capsules, offering powerful cleaning for both household and professional dishwashers. Its key benefit is effective stain removal and brilliant shine, even at low temperatures and on eco programs. A minor caveat is that each capsule is individually packed, which, while ensuring moisture protection, adds an extra step to loading.

Yes, the capsules are designed for strong cleaning power even at low temperatures and on eco programs, which are typically longer. They can also be effective in shorter cycles, though performance may vary depending on the cycle's intensity and temperature.
Store the capsules in their original, sealed packaging in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture, to maintain their effectiveness.
These capsules are generally safe for most dishwasher-safe items. However, always check the manufacturer's recommendations for your specific dishware and your dishwasher for any special cleaning requirements.
'Optimum Allin1' indicates that the capsule contains multiple cleaning agents to provide optimal performance, including detergent, rinse aid, and salt functions, along with stain removal and shine enhancement.
Yes, the product is supplied in recyclable packaging. Please check your local recycling guidelines for proper disposal.
No, the capsules are designed to be used whole. Cutting them may disrupt the release of the cleaning agents and affect performance.
Ensure you are using the correct number of capsules for the load size and water hardness. Check that the dishwasher's spray arms are not blocked and that the filters are clean. Verify that the chosen wash cycle is appropriate for the level of soiling.
This may indicate a lack of rinse aid. Check your dishwasher's rinse aid dispenser and refill if necessary. Ensure the dishwasher is adequately supplied with salt if your water is hard.
Ensure the capsule is placed correctly in the main detergent dispenser and not in a partially opened dispenser. Check that the dispenser door can open fully during the wash cycle. Avoid overloading the dishwasher, as this can impede water circulation.
Setup: Simply place one Diversey Sun Professional Optimum Allin1 Dishwasher Capsule directly into the detergent dispenser compartment of your dishwasher. Ensure the dispenser is dry before placing the capsule. Do not place the capsule in the cutlery basket.
Compatibility: These capsules are compatible with most household and professional automatic dishwashing machines. Always refer to your dishwasher manufacturer's instructions for recommended detergent types.
Care: Store the capsules in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep the packaging sealed when not in use. Ensure hands are dry when handling capsules to maintain their integrity. The outer packaging is recyclable; please dispose of it responsibly according to local guidelines.
