Troubleshooting
Glass appears cloudy after washing.
This is often due to hard water deposits. Try running them through a hot dishwasher cycle with a rinse aid or vinegar. For hand washing, use a mild detergent and rinse thoroughly.
A tumbler feels slightly different in thickness.
Minor variations can occur due to the tempering process, which is normal for tempered glass products. This does not affect durability.
Chipped rim after a fall.
While durable, tempered glass can chip if impacted on the rim. Inspect carefully for damage. If significant, it is best to discard the damaged glass for safety.
