FAQs
Are these ducks safe for teething babies?
While the materials are durable, they are primarily designed as bath toys. Always supervise your child during play.
Can these be washed in the dishwasher?
It is recommended to hand-wash these toys with a damp cloth to protect the integrity of the sealed surface.
Does the paint peel off in hot water?
The ducks are made with high-quality, water-resistant materials, but avoid using extremely hot water which can degrade plastic materials over time.
Will mold grow inside these ducks?
No, because the ducks are fully sealed, water cannot enter the interior, which prevents the environment necessary for mold growth.
What age range is this set intended for?
This set is ideal for infants and toddlers who are beginning to explore sensory play during bath time.
Troubleshooting
Soap residue building up on the exterior
Gently wipe the duck surfaces with a warm, damp cloth and a mild soap-free cleaner, then rinse thoroughly.
Duck loses buoyancy
Check to ensure the exterior seal remains intact; if the surface is punctured or damaged, the toy should be discarded for safety.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
There is no complex setup required for the Playgro Bath Duckie Family; simply rinse the toys with clean water before their first use. To ensure long-term durability and hygiene, wipe the exterior of the ducks with a clean, damp cloth after each bath session to remove any soap residue. Store the ducks in a well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight when not in use. While the ducks are compatible with all standard bathtub types, ensure that the water temperature is appropriate for your child before introducing the toys.
