The Nike Training Goggles are primarily designed for pool environments. While they can offer clear vision, they may not provide the same level of peripheral vision or protection from elements as goggles specifically designed for open water.

Rinse the lenses with clean, cool water after each use. Do not use abrasive cloths or cleaning solutions, as this can damage the lens coating and anti-fog properties.

The strap is integrated into the goggle design. If the strap breaks, it typically indicates wear and tear, and replacement of the entire goggle unit may be necessary.

Store the goggles in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight. Using a protective case can prevent scratches on the lenses and damage to the strap.

These training goggles are not designed for prescription lenses. If you require prescription eyewear for swimming, you would need to look for specialized prescription swim goggles.
