Troubleshooting

Poster arrived creased or damaged

Contact the retailer immediately with photographic evidence. If minor creases are present and the poster is framed, they may be less noticeable. For significant damage, a replacement may be necessary.

Colors appear duller than expected

Ensure the poster is viewed in good lighting conditions. Screen calibration can vary, so the actual print may differ slightly from online images. Avoid direct sunlight which can make colors appear washed out.

Difficulty finding a suitable frame

Search for 'poster frames' in the size 61cm x 91cm (or 24x36 inches). Many online retailers and home decor stores offer frames in these standard dimensions.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup:

  1. Carefully unroll the poster, avoiding creasing the delicate surface.

  3. If framing, select a frame that accommodates the 61cm x 91cm dimensions. Ensure the frame's backing is suitable for poster artwork.
  4. If mounting directly, use poster putty, double-sided tape, or pins. Apply mounting material to the corners and edges to secure it evenly to the wall.
