Setup, Compatibility & Care
Installation involves securing the ducting from the hood spigot to the exterior wall vent. Ensure you measure your hood's spigot diameter carefully before beginning; while the kit is designed for 100mm, you must source a reducer if your specific hood uses a 125mm outlet. When installing the exterior grille, apply a silicone sealant around the edges to ensure the joint between the ducting and the brickwork is weatherproof. Regularly check the external cowl to ensure the flaps are free from debris, such as leaves or cobwebs, to maintain optimal airflow performance.
