FAQs
What are the exact dimensions of the Trust Benya?
The desk pad measures 900 mm in width and 430 mm in depth.
Is the surface of the mat waterproof?
The PVC leather material is water-resistant, making it easy to wipe away spills, though it should not be submerged in water.
Will my laser mouse work on this surface?
Yes, the Benya is designed to provide excellent tracking for both optical and laser mouse sensors.
Is this desk pad machine washable?
No, machine washing can damage the structure and non-slip base of the mat. Stick to spot cleaning with a damp cloth.
Does the pad contain any animal products?
No, the surface is made from high-quality vegan PVC leather.
Troubleshooting
The mat curls at the edges after unboxing
Place heavy, flat objects like books on the curled corners for a few hours to help the material relax and lay flat.
The pad slides on the desk surface
Ensure both the bottom of the mat and your desk surface are clean and free of dust, as debris can interfere with the anti-slip base.
Pros and Cons

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setting up the Trust Benya is straightforward: simply unroll the mat on a flat, clean desk surface. It may have a slight curl upon initial unboxing due to its packaging, but it will flatten naturally within a few hours of use.
Compatibility: This desk pad is compatible with all optical and laser mice, as well as mechanical and membrane keyboards. Its neutral aesthetic pairs well with most modern office setups.
Care Instructions:
- Clean regularly using a soft cloth dampened with water or a mild non-abrasive cleaner.
- Avoid using harsh chemicals or alcohol-based solvents that could degrade the PVC finish.
- Keep away from extreme heat sources, as high temperatures may cause the material to warp or lose its grip.
