This brush is ideal for water-based paints such as emulsions (matt, silk, eggshell), gloss, and satin. It is also suitable for woodstains and varnishes.

Immediately after use, rinse the brush in warm, soapy water until all paint is removed. Rinse thoroughly with clean water, reshape the bristles, and allow it to dry away from heat.

The 2.5-inch width is optimized for precision work, particularly for cutting in edges and details on walls, ceilings, doors, and cabinets, providing a balance between coverage and control.

While it might be used for oil-based paints, it's primarily designed for water-based products. Clean-up will require mineral spirits or a solvent, and performance may differ from its intended use.

Apply paint with consistent pressure and smooth, overlapping strokes. Avoid overloading the brush. Ensure the brush is clean and well-maintained. The high-quality synthetic filaments are designed to minimize brush marks.

After cleaning and drying, store the brush bristle-side up or in a protective sleeve to prevent damage and maintain filament alignment. Avoid storing it under heavy objects.

Ensure the brush is adequately loaded with paint. Apply paint with smooth, even strokes. Check if the paint is too dry or if the brush needs cleaning. The brush is designed for minimal marks, so excessive streaking may indicate user technique or paint consistency issues.

This can occur from improper cleaning or storage. Reshape the bristles while wet and allow to dry properly. Store the brush with the bristles protected, ideally in its original sleeve or a brush guard, to maintain shape.

Ensure the brush is clean and not overloaded with dried paint. If the brush is new, it may need a light rinse to remove any manufacturing dust. Check that the paint consistency is suitable for the brush.
