The Upright BBQ Smoker is a versatile outdoor cooking unit, perfect for summer gatherings. It functions as a 3-in-1 cooker, featuring a steel drum construction with two internal cooking layers and a lid-mounted hanging area. Fuelled by a charcoal pan at the base, the rising heat cooks food on two grill layers. The smoker includes a hook section in the lid for smoking fish or bacon, with hanging hooks provided. Temperature is regulated via an air damper flap on the lid and two front doors that also allow easy access to food and control air circulation for a more consistent cooking temperature. A built-in gauge on the lid monitors internal heat for optimal roasting. The smoker has a smooth black finish and two handles for easy portability. It comes with a 5-piece BBQ tool set including a fork, spatula, tongs, and oven mitt, all stored in a practical apron that can also serve as a holder when rolled up.
