Troubleshooting

Pencil tip breaks easily during sharpening.

Ensure you are using a high-quality cosmetic sharpener designed for wooden pencils. Sharpen gently and slowly, and avoid excessive pressure.

Color appears patchy or uneven.

Make sure the application area is clean and dry. Allow any base products (like primer or foundation) to set before applying the pencil. Try applying in lighter layers and building up intensity.

Formula feels dry or drags on the skin.

The pencil may need to be sharpened to expose a fresh, creamy tip. Ensure the pencil has been stored properly to maintain moisture. Lightly glide the tip on the back of your hand to warm it up before applying to the face.
