This unit is designed specifically for mini jumbo toilet rolls.
Yes, it is designed for secure wall mounting to ensure stability in high-traffic washrooms.
Wipe with a soft, damp cloth and mild detergent. The seamless design prevents dirt from trapping, making it easy to wipe down.
Yes, both the cover and the backplate are fully recyclable.
No, the translucent window allows you to monitor the fill level without opening the unit.
Check that the roll is correctly centered on the spindle and ensure no packaging or adhesive tape remains on the core.
Verify that the roll size is not too large for the housing or that the roll has not expanded and is obstructing the latch.
To install, ensure the backplate is securely mounted to a flat wall surface using appropriate screws for the wall material (masonry, drywall, or tile). Once mounted, verify the hinge mechanism operates smoothly before inserting a mini jumbo roll. For maintenance, avoid using harsh abrasive cleaners that could scratch the surface; mild soapy water is sufficient. Periodically check that the internal feed mechanism is free from paper dust or debris to ensure optimal performance. Ensure you are stocking standard mini jumbo rolls, as the internal core spindle is specifically calibrated for this size.
