Ensure the power outlet is active, the radiator is on a level surface, and the thermostat dial is turned past the current room temperature.
The automatic overheat protection may have triggered; allow the unit to cool for 30 minutes, remove any obstructions blocking the fins, and ensure it is not covered.
This is typically caused by the metal fins expanding or contracting as they heat up and cool down and is normal for oil-filled radiators.
Setup is straightforward: simply attach the castor wheels using the provided hardware before the first use. Always ensure the radiator is placed on a flat, level surface to prevent triggering the anti-tilt sensor. For maintenance, keep the exterior fins free of dust using a soft, dry cloth; never use abrasive cleaners or water directly on the electrical components. Ensure the unit is unplugged and fully cooled before cleaning. Always maintain at least a 50cm clearance around the radiator to ensure proper airflow and safety.
