Setup, Compatibility & Care
This product is shipped in a way that minimizes setup complexity, usually requiring simple assembly. To maintain the life of your storage box, follow these guidelines:
- Placement: Keep the unit in a climate-controlled environment, avoiding direct exposure to extreme heat or high humidity, which can affect natural wood.
- Cleaning: Wipe the wood surfaces with a clean, dry cloth. For spills, use a slightly damp cloth followed immediately by a dry one to prevent moisture absorption.
- Iron Care: The black iron accents may be dusted with a dry microfiber cloth. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners that could strip the finish or damage the wood.
- Weight Limit: While robust, avoid overloading the chest with extremely heavy items that exceed the structural capacity of the wood panels.
