No, the 360-degree swivel feature is permanently active and does not include a locking mechanism.
The sturdy steel frame is engineered to support standard adult weights safely for residential use.
Velvet is durable, but regular dusting and prompt blotting of spills is essential to keep the surface clean.
Yes, some light assembly is required to attach the seat to the steel frame base.
While the feet are designed to be stable, we recommend using felt pads on the bottom if you have delicate wood or laminate flooring.
Check that all bolts on the steel frame are tightened evenly and ensure the floor surface is level.
Apply a small amount of silicone-based lubricant to the rotating bearing if it has been in use for an extended period.
Assembly is straightforward using the provided hardware and steel base. For compatibility, ensure you have sufficient clearance around your dining table to accommodate the swivel function comfortably. To maintain the velvet upholstery, it is recommended to gently vacuum the fabric with an upholstery attachment once a week. In the event of a spill, blot immediately with a clean, dry cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive brushes, as these can damage the velvet fibers.
