This frame is designed for a standard UK double mattress measuring 135x190cm.
The corduroy is durable, but it should be vacuumed regularly and blotted immediately if a spill occurs to maintain its appearance.
No, the bed frame is sold as the structure only; the mattress must be purchased separately.
While one person can assemble the frame, we highly recommend two people to assist with aligning the side rails and headboard components.
The frame is constructed for standard household use with a double mattress; avoid placing excessive point-weight on the slats.
The headboard is designed for aesthetic placement against a wall; ensure the orientation allows for the integrated support structure to be fully utilized.
Check all bolts and fasteners to ensure they are fully tightened. Ensure the floor is level and that all feet are making contact with the ground.
Verify that the wooden slats are seated correctly in their housings and that no bolts have come loose over time.
Use a gentle fabric-safe cleaner on a hidden area first. Lightly dab the stain rather than scrubbing to preserve the corduroy nap.
Assembly is required upon arrival. Ensure you have adequate space in the room before starting. Use the included hardware to attach the side rails to the headboard and footboard sections before laying the wooden slats in place. A power drill is not recommended as it may overtighten and damage the upholstery.
This frame is strictly compatible with 135x190cm (4ft6) double mattresses. Using a mattress outside of these dimensions may cause the base to feel unstable or result in uneven support.
To maintain the corduroy fabric, vacuum periodically using an upholstery attachment to remove dust. Blot spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth; do not rub, as this can damage the texture of the corduroy. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners.
