Troubleshooting

Marker ink appears faded or light.

Ensure the marker is capped when not in use. If the tip is dry, try gently pressing the tip on a piece of paper to help rehydrate it with ink. If this does not resolve the issue, replace the marker.

Ink is difficult to erase.

Use a suitable whiteboard eraser or a soft, clean cloth. If the ink has been left on the surface for a long time, use a whiteboard cleaner or a damp cloth to help remove it.

Marker is not writing.

Check if the tip is blocked, gently press the tip on a piece of paper. Ensure the marker is properly capped when not in use to prevent drying out. If the marker is dried out, dispose of it.
