The Roberts Revival Uno Solar Portable Radio is designed for radio enthusiasts who value both classic aesthetic and modern portability, offering a seamless blend of DAB+ and FM reception alongside Bluetooth streaming. Its standout feature is the integrated solar panel, which extends battery life significantly for outdoor listening; however, users should note that solar performance depends heavily on direct sunlight intensity and charging duration.

Yes, the radio is supplied with the necessary power cable for mains charging.
The radio is designed for the supplied rechargeable NiMH batteries. Avoid using alkaline batteries when the unit is connected to mains or the solar panel as this may cause damage.
Tune to your desired station, then press and hold one of the preset buttons until the screen confirms the station is stored.
No, the radio is not waterproof. Keep it dry and away from water sources.
Yes, if the unit is plugged into a mains power source, it will charge the batteries during operation.
Solar charging is intended to supplement and extend battery life; it is not a replacement for full mains charging and speed depends on sunlight intensity.
Ensure the telescopic antenna is fully extended and perform a full rescan in the menu settings.
Confirm the radio is in pairing mode and check that your external device is within 10 meters of the radio.
Ensure the solar panel is exposed to direct, unfiltered sunlight and not obstructed by glass or shade.
To begin, ensure the provided NiMH rechargeable batteries are inserted into the compartment on the rear of the unit. For the initial setup, perform a full 'Auto-Tune' to capture all available DAB+ stations in your area. Compatibility is broad, as the Bluetooth feature supports standard profiles found on almost all modern smartphones, tablets, and laptops. To care for your radio, keep the solar panel free of dust or debris using a dry, soft cloth, as accumulated dirt can reduce light absorption. Avoid exposing the unit to moisture or extreme temperatures, and ensure the batteries are fully cycled periodically to maintain their longevity.
