Can this basket be washed in a dishwasher?
No, this product should never be submerged in water or placed in a dishwasher. Use only a damp cloth for cleaning.

Troubleshooting
Lid does not close properly
Ensure that the items inside the basket are not protruding above the rim, which can prevent the lid from seating correctly.
Stains on the rattan surface
Gently wipe the affected area with a soft cloth dampened with mild soapy water, then immediately dry it with a separate clean cloth.
Metal frame appears slightly bent
Carefully apply gentle pressure to the internal frame to reshape it, being cautious not to pull on the decorative rivets.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
No assembly is required for this product; it arrives ready for use right out of the box. To maintain the basket's appearance, simply wipe the plastic-coated rattan surfaces with a damp, lint-free cloth to remove dust or pet dander. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners or abrasive scrubbers, as these may damage the finish on the faux leather handle or the gold-tone rivets. Keep the basket in a cool, dry area away from direct heat sources, which could potentially warp the plastic coating or weaken the faux leather components over time.
