The ARCTIC Freezer 4U-M Rev. 2 is a versatile server cooler designed for high-performance cooling of Intel and AMD server processors. It features an expansive contact surface and an enhanced mounting mechanism compatible with a wide range of Intel LGA sockets (4710, 4189, 4677) and AMD SP sockets (SP6, sTR5, SP3, TR4, sTRX4, sWRX8). It also supports Ampere Altra LGA4926 with the required mounting kit. Despite its powerful cooling capabilities, it consumes only 2.88 watts and can handle TDPs up to 350 watts, making it suitable for CPUs with up to 64 cores. The cooler offers 53 mm RAM clearance for modules with moderate heatsinks and has a compact installation height of 145 mm, fitting into 4U server racks and most 4U consumer cases. It is also suitable for dual-socket motherboards. The dual PWM fans, based on ARCTIC's P series, are designed for static pressure and efficient heat dissipation in a push-pull configuration, ideal for power-hungry applications and workstations, contributing to quiet operation and system stability. The fans are equipped with dual ball bearings for 24/7 continuous operation, offering superior resistance to contamination and wear. The package includes ARCTIC's MX-6 thermal paste, which is non-conductive and non-capacitive, ensuring safe and efficient heat transfer.
