While some components may be dishwasher safe, hand washing in warm soapy water is recommended to preserve the sharpness of the blades and the clarity of the plastic bowls.
Always follow the markings on the 3.5L bowl; overloading with dense dough can strain the motor.
Use the integrated storage drawer located on the unit to keep the blades organized and protected.
The blending jug can handle ice, but it is recommended to use liquid alongside the ice to protect the blades.
Ensure the machine is turned off and unplugged, then check that the locking mechanism is fully released before twisting the lid.
Ensure the bowl and lid are correctly aligned and locked into the safety interlock position.
The overheat protection may have triggered. Unplug the device, allow it to cool for 20-30 minutes, and ensure the load is not exceeding the recommended capacity.
Check that the drive shaft is properly seated and that no food debris is obstructing the connector point.
To set up your processor, ensure the base unit is on a flat, stable surface within reach of an outlet. Always lock the bowl onto the base before inserting any blades. When cleaning, avoid submerging the motor base in water; wipe it down with a damp cloth instead. The processing bowl, jug, and removable blades are generally best cleaned with warm soapy water immediately after use to prevent food residue from hardening. Regularly check that the safety interlock pins are free of debris to ensure consistent performance.
