Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: The trolley jack arrives pre-assembled and ready for immediate use. Ensure the operating area is clear, level, and firm. Before first use, perform a few test strokes of the handle to purge any air from the hydraulic system. Always refer to your vehicle's owner manual for correct jacking point locations.
Compatibility: With a 3.5-tonne capacity, this jack is compatible with most standard cars, SUVs, and light commercial vehicles. Always ensure the vehicle's weight does not exceed the jack's rated capacity. The minimum saddle height of 130mm means it is suitable for vehicles with moderate ground clearance.
Care: Keep the jack clean and dry. Regularly inspect the hydraulic ram for leaks and wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth. The handle sleeve should be checked for wear. Store the jack in a dry environment, preferably with the ram fully lowered to protect the seal. Periodic lubrication of moving parts, especially the castor wheels, is recommended for smooth operation.
