Troubleshooting
Mat is slipping on the floor.
Ensure the floor surface is clean and dry before placing the mat. The latex backing requires a smooth, dry surface to function effectively. Check that the mat is not damaged.
Mat is not drying properly.
Avoid direct high heat or tumble drying. Allow the mat to air dry completely. Ensure good ventilation in the room where it is placed.
Mat has lost some of its texture after washing.
