Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the longevity of your markers, always store them horizontally to keep the ink evenly distributed between the two nibs. When using the Copic Airbrush System, ensure the marker is securely inserted into the grip to maintain consistent airflow and ink output. For maintenance, replace nibs using tweezers if you notice fraying or a decrease in flow. Always cap the markers tightly immediately after use to prevent the alcohol-based solvent from evaporating. When working, place a sheet of scrap paper or a specialized marker mat underneath your artwork, as the ink can bleed through standard sketchbook pages.
