The PIKO "Roundnose" in attractive printing of the 1149 from Altmark-Rail in epoch VI. Taste can be disputed in a good way, but there are things whose elegance is beyond doubt. The PIKO models of the NoHAB can also benefit from the undisputed elegance of the model. In order to achieve this overall impression, great emphasis was placed on details. The lateral ventilation grilles are designed as highly constituent elements of the locomotive box with fine etching parts and are an absolute eye-catcher. But the distinctive front-sided windows and "bull's eyes" also contribute to the excellent picture with their perfectly flush fit. The impression is achieved by the precise and highly detailed design of the bogies. A powerful and quiet motor with two flywheel masses operates the drive. Thanks to the PluX22 interface and sufficient space on the clean board, the model is ready for the easy retrofitting of a decoder and sound.
