Troubleshooting
Hose is not delivering water at full pressure.
Check that the tap is fully open, and the hose is not kinked or blocked at either end. Ensure accessories are not restricting flow.
Hose appears to be leaking from a connection.
Tighten the connection at the tap or accessory. If the leak persists, check the washer inside the connector for damage and replace if necessary.
Hose is difficult to rewind.
Ensure the hose is not twisted and has not been stored in a tightly kinked position. Gentle straightening before rewinding can help.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: Connect the hose to your outdoor tap using a compatible Hozelock tap connector. Ensure a secure fit to prevent leaks. Attach your desired watering accessory (nozzle, sprinkler) to the other end of the hose, also ensuring a secure connection.
Compatibility: This hose is designed to be compatible with standard garden tap connectors and accessories. It works with most pressure washer or pump systems, provided the connectors are standard.
Care: To maintain the hose's flexibility and lifespan, avoid leaving it exposed to direct sunlight for prolonged periods when not in use. Store the hose away from extreme temperatures. After use, coil the hose loosely to prevent kinks and store it in a shaded area. Periodically check connections for wear and tear.
