Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: Ensure the 12V KitchenAid battery (sold separately) is fully charged according to its charger's instructions. Place the chopping bowl on a stable, flat surface. Insert the multi-purpose stainless steel S-blade securely into the bowl. Add your ingredients to the bowl, ensuring not to overfill past the maximum fill line. Place the lid on the bowl, aligning any markings if present. Finally, attach the motor-head unit (containing the battery) to the lid assembly.
Compatibility: This chopper is designed to work with specific KitchenAid 12V cordless system batteries and chargers. Ensure you are using compatible accessories to avoid damage or malfunction. The bowl, lid, and blade are BPA-free.
Care: The 3.5-cup bowl, the blade shield, and the multi-purpose S-blade are all top-rack dishwasher safe. The exterior of the motor-head unit and the lid should be wiped clean with a damp cloth; never immerse these parts in water. Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling or storing.
