Setup, Compatibility & Care

To prepare, mix one serving into cold water. Because of the inclusion of botanical extracts and collagen, it is important to store the tub in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain the integrity of the vitamins and nutrients. Ensure the lid is sealed tightly after each use to prevent moisture from entering the powder, which can cause clumping. It is compatible with most standard gym shaker bottles; always add the water first, then the powder, and shake vigorously.
