A 150ml bottle typically provides fragrance for 4-6 weeks, depending on room size, temperature, and air circulation.

For optimal scent diffusion, it is recommended to flip the sticks every 2-3 days.

While designed for Elle Home fragrance oils, using oils not specifically formulated for diffusers may affect performance and scent throw.

Wipe up any spills immediately with a soft, damp cloth to prevent damage to surfaces. Ensure the area is dry before placing the diffuser back.

Diffuser sticks are generally not reusable once saturated and may lose their effectiveness. It's best to replace them when you refill the oil or notice a decrease in scent throw.

Place the diffuser in a well-ventilated area, such as a hallway, living room, or entryway, on a stable surface where it won't be easily knocked over.

The colour of the bottle (Green in this case) is purely aesthetic and does not influence the fragrance itself.

Ensure the diffuser sticks are fully submerged in the oil. Flip the sticks to expose the saturated ends. Wait at least 24 hours for initial diffusion. Check if the oil level is too low.

Flip the sticks more frequently (daily). Ensure the room is not excessively large or overly ventilated. Try adding more sticks if the bottle allows and the oil level is sufficient. Consider a different fragrance intensity if available.

Remove some of the diffuser sticks. Ensure the room has adequate ventilation. If the scent persists strongly, consider moving the diffuser to a slightly less central location or a smaller room.

Verify that the sticks are suitable for diffusion (e.g., rattan). Ensure the ends are fully immersed in the oil. If sticks appear clogged, replace them with new ones.
