Troubleshooting

Bracelet feels too tight or too loose.

Ensure you have the correct size. The bracelet is available in 15 cm, 17 cm, and 19 cm lengths. If the fit is still not right, consult a jewelry professional for resizing options.

Charms are difficult to attach or detach.

Ensure the charms are compatible with the CHARM CLUB logo ring. If the eyelet is too small, try a different charm or consult the Thomas Sabo charm compatibility guide. Use appropriate tools if needed.

The bracelet is losing elasticity.

This can happen over time with elasticated designs. Avoid overstretching the bracelet. If the elasticity is significantly reduced, consider having it re-threaded by a jeweler.
