Troubleshooting

Drawers not closing smoothly

Check the drawer runners for any obstructions or debris. Ensure the drawers are correctly aligned within their runners.

Unit feels unstable on the wall

The unit may not be adequately secured. Check the wall fixings and ensure they are appropriate for the wall type and securely fastened. Professional installation is recommended.

Water pooling in the basin

Ensure the basin waste is correctly installed and not blocked. Check for any debris in the waste pipe.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup:

  1. Wall Mounting: Ensure the wall is capable of supporting the weight of the vanity unit when loaded. Use appropriate fixings (not included) suitable for your wall type. It is recommended to have this unit installed by a qualified professional.
  2. Basin Installation: Place the minimalist ceramic basin onto the vanity unit. Ensure it is seated correctly before proceeding.
  3. Tap & Waste Installation: Install your chosen basin tap and waste fittings according to their respective manufacturer's instructions. Note that the basin has one tap hole.

Compatibility:

Care:

  • Cleaning the Unit: Wipe the vanity unit with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, which can damage the satin finish.
