FAQs

Is this suitable for puppies?

This food is formulated as a general maintenance diet. Please consult your veterinarian if you are considering this for a growing puppy to ensure it meets their specific developmental calorie requirements.

The primary protein source is 53% lamb. Please review the full ingredient label on the packaging to ensure no secondary animal fats conflict with your dog's specific allergies.

How should I store the 10kg bag?

Store in a cool, dry area. Using an airtight pet food storage container will help preserve the flavor and nutrient quality once the bag is opened.

What is the primary benefit of the omega fatty acids?

Is this product grain-free?

Yes, this recipe is formulated without grains, making it a great option for dogs with grain sensitivities.

Troubleshooting

Dog is hesitant to eat the new food

Try mixing a small amount of warm water or low-sodium bone broth with the kibble to enhance the aroma.

Loose stools during transition

You may have transitioned too quickly; slow down the process by mixing a higher ratio of the old food for a few more days.

Pros and Cons

Pros

High lamb content (53%) promotes muscle health
Supports skin vitality and coat shine with omega fatty acids
Grain-free formula reduces common dietary triggers
Carefully cooked to preserve natural taste and nutrition

Cons

Specific to lamb protein; may not suit dogs with lamb allergies
Larger 10kg bag requires dedicated dry storage space
Limited to one protein source, which may not satisfy all flavor preferences

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To ensure the longevity of the kibble, store the 10kg bag in a cool, dry place, ideally within a sealed airtight container to maintain freshness and prevent moisture buildup. The product is compatible with adult dogs of most breeds.

Always provide constant access to fresh, clean water, as the high protein content requires adequate hydration for optimal digestion. If you are mixing this with wet food or supplements, monitor your dog's total daily calorie intake to prevent unintended weight gain. For long-term health, rotate the bag opening date and ensure you consume the contents within a reasonable timeframe to maintain peak nutritional value.
